Produced with Glera grapes, it undergoes a process of winemaking in steel tanks at controlled temperatures.

Description
The phase of fermentation has a duration of 100 days, which follow the disgorgement and the subsequent bottling.
Color: Bright straw yellow with elegant greenish reflections.
Smell: Fine and elegant, with aromas of fruit such as apple, pear and citrus.
Taste: Dry, fresh, beautiful persistence and sensation of grapefruit.
