Munazei

The wine is made from ungrafted vines from the “Bosco del Mónaco” vineyards at 250 meters above sea level in the Vesuvius National Park. The hand-harvested grapes, fermented at a controlled temperature for 20 days, mature in stainless steel tanks for 6 months, followed by at least 2 months in the bottle. Pale yellow in color, the wine is fresh and fruity, with aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits with yellow pulp, and balsamic notes. On the palate it is tasty and insinuating, with good freshness and persistence.
