Winemaking Notes: 100% Nerello Mascalese harvested by phenolic ripeness. Fermentation lasted between 12-15 days at 24-30°C, with daily pump overs and one delestage. The wine then matured in stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit freshness before bottling.

Tasting Notes: Libero Nerello Mascalese is almost garnet in color. On the nose there is an intense aroma of wild berries and spice. On the palate the wine is elegant with good structure and an excellent harmony of flavor.
