Our grapes are harvested from DON ANTONIO vineyard, located in Pampa El Cepillo, San Carlos, Uco Valley, Mendoza. The bunches are hand picked in 17 kg boxes during the second week of March.

PRODUCTION CHARACTERISTICS:
Pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation with selected yeasts for 28 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place, and 80% is aged in French oak barrels and 20% in stainless steel vessels.

Alcohol: 13,9%
Total acidity: 6,3 g/L pH: 3,72
TASTING NOTES:
– Deep purple color with black hues.
– Spicy and complex nose. Vanilla, chocolate, red fruits, countryside flowers and spicy notes are perceived.
– On the palate it is concentrated and subtle.
With present tannins, balanced acidity and high concentration.
PAIRING:
Grilled meat and stuffed pasta with béchamel sauce.
